Plate Sav-Ur

This is a one-step cleaner, conditioner and scratch remover for most metal plates. When used as directed, Plate Sav-Ur thoroughly cleans the plate surface and makes plates accept ink better. Plate Sav-Ur is an excellent starter of standing metal plates and can be used as a deglazer in the dampener.

Aqua Blue

Aqua Blue quickly removes ink, scum, light scratches, gum and oxidation from aqueous plates and makes plates more ink-receptive. It desensitizes plates for longer, higher quality runs, is excellent for “on the fly” cleaning, provides sharper images and prolongs the life of the plates.

Plate Care

Plate Care is a finisher, cleaner and preserver, compatible with all metal plates, including CTP thermal and violet. It is a one-step product that thoroughly cleans and finishes the plate surface. It protects the plate from oxidation during storage and may be used to clean plates on the press.

Gold Miracle

Gold Miracle is a starter, cleaner and conditioner that cleans and conditions plates and improves print quality. It can be used with any silver-based plate and laser polyester plates such as Omega, Xante, Pronto, Hurst SmartPlate, Technova and Kimoto E2.

RCL

This fountain solution concentrate is a patented formulation that establishes a new approach to solving lithographic issues such as ink setting, ink drying, ink and water balance, ink set-off, dot gain and environmental compliance. Compatible with metal, silver and polyester plates.

De-Cal

De-Cal prevents calcium carbonate from building up on rollers during press runs and accumulating in the fountain solution. It binds with the calcium salts and holds them in harmless suspension, reducing poor ink distribution, pH shifts, tinting, scumming, plate blinding, loss of ink/water balance.

Graph Flo X-5000

Formulated to reduce or eliminate alcohol in conjunction with all lithographic press dampening systems, Graph Flo X-5000 is compatible with all fountain solutions and printing blankets and is designed to provide a wider window of wetting capabilities in even the most complicated dampening system.

Ink Stimulator/Dryer

Ink Stimulator/Dryer speeds the drying time of oil- and rubber-based inks by increasing the rate of oxidation. This means less ink set-off, less streaking and less spray powder usage. Use Ink Stimulator/Dryer to speed up the drying process and increase production and job turn-around time.

Isopropyl Alcohol

Isopropyl Alcohol is used in conjunction with the fountain solution to provide a two-step dampening solution.

Non-Piling Additive

This unique water fountain additive eliminates paper piling on the blanket and the transfer of paper coating into the ink train. Non-Piling Additive enhances the wetting properties of the fountain solution which means that water can be reduced, colors are brighter and the ink dries faster.

Gum Arabic 14º Bé

Use gum arabic 14º Bé to desensitize plates and as an ingredient in fountain solutions. No other gum (such as mesquite gum, larchgum, dextrine and cellulose gum) possesses the same colloidal properties found in gum arabic and hence does not perform as well as gum arabic in printing applications.

Maticlean

Maticlean is a roller cleaner and conditioner for continuous dampening systems. It cleans and conditions fountain pick-up and transfer rollers, and desensitizes them. The hydrophilic coating it leaves results in an even surface for proper solution transfer and even printing of screens and solids.

Orange 4

Orange 4 is one-step, multi-purpose, water-miscible wash for rollers, blankets, dampeners and back cylinders that contains a unique blend of active solvents and biodegradable detergents that penetrates deep into the rubber to remove imbedded layers of dried ink, dirt, gum and lint.

Carbo Rid

This odorless, water-based cleaner has the ability to dissolve the normally insoluble calcium carbonate build-up on the inking rollers and blankets that adversely affects print quality. Carbo Rid will help provide a calcium-free operation.

EE-ZZ Roll-Off

EE-ZZ Roll-Off is an exceptional roller and blanket cleaner that facilitates color changes and maintenance of the offset press. It is strongly recommended for printers with short runs and frequent color changes. Its deep cleaning and deep deglazing action restores optimum ink distribution.

Swifty

Swifty is designed to remove glaze, lint and other contaminants from the rollers. It contains an emulsified plasticizer that will break through the glaze barrier found in the pores of unclean rollers to provide a deep cleaning. The result is a smooth and ink-receptive surface.

Putz Pomade

Putz Pomade is a roller and blanket cleaner and conditioner that stops glazing and stripping; it rejuvenates and reconditions blankets and rollers. Use Putz Pomade on inked offset, web, rotogravure, proof and letterpresses. It is recommended for printers with short runs and frequent color changes.

Clear Gel

Clear Gel is a non-abrasive roller cleaner and calcium remover that is an ideal product for daily cleaning, deglazing and quick color changes. It removes contaminants from rollers and will keep rollers like new. It is compatible with all press rollers and is perfect for cleaning color heads.

TRC

TRC is an ink additive that improves the transfer of ink from the printing blanket to the press sheet, thereby increasing the ink density. It yields more consistent solids with reduced voids, shading and ghosting. It produces sharper halftones and screens with less press gain, hickies and picking.

FarGel

FarGel is an ink drying activator agent that prevents the undesirable transfer of ink from the printed side of a sheet to the underside of the next sheet in the delivery pile. It allows you to print faster, without messy sprays or powders. It dries the ink from both the bottom up and the top down.

INK MATE

Due to the release characteristics of INK MATE and its ability not to affect the ink body, inks will trap and blend better, producing a sharper dot. Because it reduces the surface tension of the ink, INK MATE acts as a release aid so that all the ink transfers from the blanket to the substrate.

C.C.C.

C.C.C. is a one-step chrome cylinder cleaner, desensitizer and protectant. It helps prevent build-up of ink, paper lint and other contaminants. Use C.C.C. on chrome impression cylinders, chrome dampener rollers, transfer cylinders, bearers and metering rollers.

Web Conditioner

Silicone 33 + Antistatic is the ideal product to use to prevent streaking and marking and, at the same time, eliminate static build-up in heatset web applications and with troublesome stocks. Because it requires a low dosage, it also is a cost-effective product.

Dry Roller Lubricant

Dry Roller Lubricant protects the non-printing units of a multi-unit press. It eliminates friction created by running dry rollers and prevents heat build-up that can damage rollers. This product can be used with all oil-based inks; Dry Roller Lubricant UV is offered for use with UV inks.

Chain Cleaner

CLC is a unique product that not only cleans chains but also helps keep them clean. It will repel spray powder and other airborne particles, keeping the chain clean to operate at high efficiency for a longer period of time. CLC also protects and extends the life of chains and sprockets.

Film Clean II

FC-II is a heptane-based film cleaner. It is blended with anti-static compounds to repel dust, which reduces opaquing due to pinholes. It quickly removes fingerprints, adhesives, smudges, lint, etc. from film and all glass surfaces and will not leave an oily film or streaks.
