Multi-Tip Plate Correction Pens

These pens offer the advantage of three tip sizes in one pen, allowing for any size correction with precision. They feature high-quality barrel construction, sealed end caps and durable tips to reduce evaporation and extend the life of the pen. They work with metal and CTP plates.

Plate Correction and Test Pens

Opaking Pens

Red Litho Tape

An optically transparent and photographically opaque tape used for prepress opaquing, stripping, edging and splicing. It is transparent for accurate positioning purposes, can easily be repositioned and is resistant to heat variations, thereby allowing its use in platemaker applications.

Anti-Marking SUPER BLUE 2®

SUPER BLUE 2® anti-marking, anti-static system featuring STRIPENET® anti-marking, anti-static nets is a superior method of protecting the wet side of a printed sheet. It accomplishes this by preventing ink build-up on transfer and delivery positions, thus eradicating the common problem of marking.

Anti-Marking SUPER BLUE 2® LT™

Incorporate all the features of a SUPER BLUE 2® system in a fully integrated, disposable kit. SUPER BLUE 2® LT™ anti-marking, anti-static system incorporates the STRIPENET® anti-marking net and the base cover into a single integrated piece: simply remove and replace when needed.

Anti-Marking BLUE GLASS®

The microscopic glass beads in BLUE GLASS® anti-marking film are designed to reduce surface contact with the freshly printed substrate and reduce the build-up of coating, varnish and ink on its surface. The uniform surface provides even support across the entire substrate.

Paper Press Packing

Polyester Press Packing

Polyester sheet material used to compensate for variations in the thickness of blankets, plates and paper stocks. It will not absorb water, blanket wash or fountain solution, it is stable and resistant to chemicals, and it will not swell nor shrink.

Polyester Stripping Base Material

A clear polyester base used for stripping, overlays, layout base and other general applications in the printing and graphic arts industry. It is dimensionally stable, anti-static and treated on both sides to repel dust and lint. The anti-static coating also eliminates static build-up and discharge

Paper and Vinyl Masking Sheets

These sheets are customized for specific press models and sizes, and include all reference lines needed for accurate negative positioning (gripper margins, head margins, center lines, image areas, start-of-print lines, paper stops and more). The 1/4" grid pattern also helps improve accuracy.

Molleton Covers

Digital/Film Plate Control Targets

Fountain Cleaning System

The Fount-N-Kleer System is designed to prolong the life of your fountain solution. It is installed in your fountain recirculation loop; all the solution is continuously pumped through the filter. The system substantially reduces contamination and helps maintain pH and conductivity levels.

Fountain Cleaning Filters

The Fount-N-Kleer II replaces conventional reticulated foam and bag-style filters in fountain solution recirculators to provide a finer particulate removal. The large surface area and depth-style media provide high ink- and dirt-holding capacity. The unique construction helps reduce foam.

Ink Seizers

This nylon mesh bag is filled with a special material that will absorb and remove ink from the fountain solution. Place the bag in the recirculating tank and the ink will be attracted to the Ink Seizer as it floats on the surface of the fountain solution.

Poly Bag Filters

Clean fountain solution is easy to maintain when you equip your dampening system with Poly Bag filters. Solid debris circulating in the fountain solution is trapped in the Poly Bag filter and the bag material absorbs emulsified ink and other oily contaminants. Eliminate in-line canister systems.

Wash-up Blades

We offer a wide range of replacement wash-up blades that give excellent performance in all conditions. Together with strong chemical resistance to today's aggressive inks and solvents, our blades have proven their high quality both to the original equipment manufacturer and to end-users.

Ink Duct Liners

Ink duct liners made from durable, long-lasting, .19mm-thick polyester material and permanently formed to the equipment manufacturer’s specifications to assure an exact fit. Tested using both conventional and UV inks, these liners offer maximum chemical resistance to reduce ink duct contamination.

Blanket Wash-up Rolls

We offer blanket cleaning cloth rolls made only from DuPont SONTARA® PC™, original, first-quality material. This material is recommended for the automatic blanket cleaning systems by original equipment manufacturers and rolls are precision-made for exact fit and optimal cleaning performance.

Clean-up Sheets

Pinbar, slotted or straight-edge configurations are available. Made from heavy-duty base stock for superior wet strength and absorbency, the sheets are usable on both sides and are virtually lint-free. A fast means of thoroughly cleaning ink rollers and, when dry, disposable as printed matter.
